If this feature were added, I would have no hesitations in giving WhatsApp a full five-star rating. Overall, I still highly recommend WhatsApp as a top choice for communication, but I hope that the development team will consider adding this highly requested feature in the future. Not only would this make it easier to keep up with your contacts, but it would also help increase engagement with the app. Incorporating notifications for when someone posts a new status would greatly improve the user experience and save time for those who are constantly on the go. As it stands, I often miss important updates from my contacts and have to constantly check the app to see if there's anything new. However, one feature that I feel is missing is the ability to receive notifications when someone posts a new status.
